ADRA Australia's Privacy Statement

ADRA Australia is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us is used solely for the purpose of receipting donor gifts and/or to enable effective communication between the agency and its supporters.

As required by the Australian Taxation Office, all correspondence received from donors and copies of receipts are kept on file by ADRA for seven years for auditing purposes.

ADRA Australia does not share, exchange or sell a supporter's contact details to other organisations or third parties outside of ADRA unless authorised by the donor. For donations given directly to a specific project coordinator (e.g. Blacktown ADRA Centre) who turns in donations to ADRA Australia on your behalf for receipting, donor consent for the release of your name and donation amount to the specific project coordinator is assumed.

We recognise that your relationship with ADRA is voluntary, and as such, your privacy will be held in the strictest confidence.
