Weekly on Tuesdays, food hampers consisting of two boxes of food are distributed to families and individuals in need.
During the week, volunteers pick up food from various stores and foodbanks, and occasionally receive generous donations from different organisations.
A pop-up Op Shop is run on the premises to help fund the food hampers.
The program is completely volunteer run. Over 4,000 hampers are distributed in a year.

A young mother contacted ADRA Pine Rivers, asking for food assistance.
She and her daughter had been eating the same foods for two weeks, as she couldn’t afford anything else, and urgently wanted something different and fresh to give to her child.
ADRA Pine Rivers volunteers arranged for her to receive a parcel, and later on we received a heart-warming message, stating that her daughter had finally enjoyed something fresh and healthy, after so long.
