Half of all Cambodians live below the poverty line, struggling to survive on less than $2 a day, especially in rural areas and amongst children. You can make a meaningful difference by helping local villages to improve their access to health, nutrition, hygiene and sanitation! As part of the project, you will help construct shelters used for conducting education programs to improve nutrition for mothers and children, and build a playground for the children in the community. Another critical need in the community is for latrines and water tanks to improve sanitation and hygiene conditions and improve access to clean water. You will also lead out in kids clubs focusing on a nutrition program utilising cooking demonstrations.
