Donate Your 10c Container Refund

You can now donate your 10c container refund to ADRA Australia. When you choose to donate your refund, you are not only helping to keep your environment clean, but you are helping people to rise out of poverty and look forward to a brighter future!

How to donate your 10c container refund

NSW

  1. Download the app and register an account
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Charities’
  3. Search ‘ADRA’ and select the ‘ADRA Projects in NSW’ campaign
  4. Select ‘Set as payout’. All future donations will now be directed to ADRA! You do not need to complete this step again.

 

At your local Reverse Vending Machine:

  1. Scan your Return & Earn app at a NSW Reverse Vending Machine
  2. Insert your containers
  3. Press ‘TRANSFER’ on the touch screen

VIC

  1. Find your nearest refund point. Make a note of which zone it falls in (West, North, East)
  2. Download the app for your zone. Details for how to donate your refund for each app are listed below the barcode.
  3. At your local refund point, scan your zone app. Insert your containers and press ‘TRANSFER’.

 

To find ADRA Australia as a charity to donate to, you can search for ADRA in your respective app or scan the barcode below at your Refund Point. Our Donation Partner ID is C2000009029.

 

VIC EAST APP

  1. Download the Apple or Google app
  2. Register and verify your account
  3. Complete profile set up as an individual. When choosing how you wish to be paid, select ‘Donate’
  4. Scan the barcode above, or tap ‘Search for a donation partner’
  5. Search for ‘Adventist’ and click on ‘Adventist Development and Relief Agency Australia Ltd’.
  6. Select ‘Set as refund type’

 

VIC NORTH APP

  1. Download the Apple or Google app
  2. Register and login
  3. Select ‘Donations’
  4. Filter by type ‘Community Development’
  5. Select ‘ADRA Australia’, click ‘Update’, and verify your choice

 

VIC WEST APP

  1. Download the Apple or Google app and register an account
  2. Scroll down and select ‘Charities’
  3. Search ‘ADRA’ and select our ‘ADRA Community Projects in Victoria’ campaign
  4. Select ‘Set as payout’

QLD

Use the Scheme ID barcode below before inserting your containers into a TOMRA Reverse Vending Machine.

Quote the below Scheme ID number to staff when returning your containers at other collection points & bag drop locations.

Donations are available at any return point except reverse vending machines.

Option 1

  • At Drop & Go points, pods, and depots, before you return your containers, use the screen to select a charity from the on-screen options OR sign in with ADRA’s phone number: 0294895488.
  • You will receive a printed label with the charity’s details to attach to the bag.
  • Return your bag of containers.

Option 2

Scan the below QR code at Drop & Go points, pods, and depots to direct your refund to ADRA.
